Maryam Hashemian Esfahani (born 1988, Isfahan, Iran) is a watercolor artist based in the United States. Her artistic journey began in childhood, and in 2007, she pursued watercolor professionally under the guidance of esteemed masters in he home country. However, much of her growth has been self-directed, shaped by relentess daily practice and deep artistic exploration. Inspired by nayure, Maryam often draws from photographs taken during her travels or concepts born from creative brainstorming. Her paintings are characterized by delicate transitions expressive compositions, and a rich interplay of light and color.
She has exhibited her work in international exhibitions across the globe and actively participets in group shows. As a dedicated member of the Colorado Watercolor Society and the Lousiana Watercolor Society, She has received notable awards.
